Bancroft & Co. law publishers and booksellers; an 1868 circular of the Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons; an 1887 certificate of blue ribbon prize for the "best and largest variety of vegetables raised on one ranch by exhibitor" from the San Joaquin Valley Agricultural Association to Mrs. C.C. Castle; and a 1933 leaflet "California of Historical Value" by Albert Dressler.
