    Seven pieces of correspondence. Five pieces, consisting of letters, a memo and a clipping, are in regards to the Los Angeles Edition of the New York Times. The sixth piece is a thank you letter from Arthur Ochs Sulzberger, President and Publisher of the New York Times, regarding the Los Angeles Times' support of the New York Times by joining the amicus brief in the Myron Farber case.     Copy of a speech given by Otis Chandler at the Annual Meeting on May 9, 1967. Also included in this folder is a three page program schedule with a note attached to it from Paul N. Bertness to Otis Chandler; a list of questions and answers about the Los Angeles Times; a list of questions and answers about Publishers Paper Company; handwritten notes about satellite plants; two copies of scripts of the meeting; a copy of the speech given by Albert V. Casey; two copies of the invitation sent to employees that were shareholders, attached to them is a memo from Robert L. Flannes to Management Personnel advising them to allow employee shareholders to attend the meeting; a memo from Robert F. Erburu regarding proxy statements, with a copy of the statement attached to the memo; and a letter inviting Otis Chandler to the meeting sent by Norman Chandler, its signed "Dad."

    Six letters to Otis Chandler regarding the Tribute to Martin Stone, Chairman of the Board of Monogram Industries, Inc., by the Frances A. Wayne Chapter of the City of Hope. One letter is from Percy Solotoy, President of the City of Hope Board of Trustees. The other five letters are correspondence between Otis Chandler and Henry Gluck, President at Monogram Industries, Inc. Also in this folder are two copies of endowment opportunities, a memo from Imogene Butterfield to Freddie Miller, and a program of the event.
